The Lizzie Borden House is a house on Second Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. In August 1892, Andrew Borden and his wife Abby were killed inside. Andrew's daughter Lizzie was arrested and tried, then acquitted in 1893. Nobody else was ever convicted, and the case remains one of the most famous unsolved mysteries in the United States.
The house has been preserved and turned into a museum and a bed and breakfast, where visitors can tour the rooms or even spend the night. It is a regular stop for fans of history, true crime and haunted places.
